The Ripping Cones

'The Ripping Cones' started out in December 06 as a blues trio playing mainly blues improv. At some point we eventually became a band and started writing music together drawing influences from blues rock, (Led Zeppelin, Cream) prog rock, (King Crimson, Pink Floyd) stoner rock (Clutch, The Sword) aswell as our diverse personal influences. This forming the ever evolving 'Cones' Sound.

You'll most probably catch us on the swansea pub circuit, if you like what you hear and are setting up some kind of event then dont be afraid to approach us (why would you be?) or get in contact with us. We now actually have the facilities to get some recording done. This means we may have a little self release E.P coming along (watch this space). Do take it easy out there. The Cones.
